Our Office Hours service is designed specifically to help Salesforce Admins get unstuck. Our expert Salesforce Consultants partner with your Admin in small, focused working sessions to solve items blocking their work in real time, identify tools or process changes to improve efficiency, and help prioritize work on bigger projects.

How Office Hours Work:

  • Access to an OpenTent Salesforce Consultant

    You partner with the same expert OpenTenter, so they get to know your org, your Salesforce structure and you!

  • Weekly or every-other-week office hour meetings

    Our expert OpenTenter is there to support your Salesforce Admin with anything on their mind: technical advice, data structure, tool selection, backlog refinement or any other priorities your team is working on.

  • Quarterly meeting with one of our team leads

    Strategic advice and collaboration for your high-level stakeholders around your Salesforce goals
